Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent via Hermes standard shipping (2-4 days). We ship to the UK only.
Current prices, including packaging, are up to:
1kg - £3.50
2kg - £4.50
5kg - £6.50
10kg - £7.50
We will provide you with the Hermes tracking number once shipped.
Lollipop will endeavour to post all items within 48 hours of the order being placed online, with the exception of weekends and bank holidays where the order will be posted on the next working day when ever possible.
You may also collect your items from the shop two business days after placing you order.
Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup. Store opening times Tuesday to Friday 9.15am -3pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.
If for any reason they is a delay in fulfilling your order Lollipop will contact you via email.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.
All items are sold as seen and we provide a full representation with grading for each item within the product description.
Due to the nature of second hand clothing there may be some signs of wear. We grade each item placed on the website in order to be as clear as possible on the condition of each item.
Grading system explained
Our online shop operates a grading system. We will check each item and grade it as follows
New with tags - the item has never been worn and still retains its original shop tag.
Nearly new - these clothes have been worn but are still in excellent condition.
Playwear - The majority of clothes sold through Lollipop fall into to category 1 and 2, but occasionally we will accept an item that has been well loved. These clothes may have slight bobbling or faded in the wash but still have plenty of life in them.

We aim to consistently provide quality products and choice for our customers and to offer clear guidelines and communication with sellers, ensuring both purchasers and sellers receive excellent customer service and value for money.
